Police in Springfield responded to a call outside the Motel 6 on North Glenstone overnight after a man was stabbed.
Investigators say the man is not cooperating, not telling them who stabbed him or why it happened.
The man was stabbed in the back and one of his arms and those injuries are not life threatening.
