UPDATE: Monett Police have located Henry safely.
The Monett Police Department is searching for a man missing from the countryside care center.
David Henry is a white man with white hair and brown eyes, with a red shirt and blue jeans. He is six feet tall and weighs around 235 pounds.
He has dementia and diabetes and has not recently taken any medication.
