Cox Health and Mercy are loosening visitor restrictions in the wake of the Governor’s relaxation of statewide guidelines.
Non-COVID patients will be allowed one visitor in Cox hospitals for two hours at a time.
End of life patients can have two visitors. Emergency departments and Urgent Care units will have a policy that allows one visitor when the patient is checked in and out of the hospital.
Mercy hospitals will allow one visitor per day.
