Our break from the rain continues Monday and Tuesday, but the National Weather Service says a few strong to severe thunderstorms may roll in by Wednesday.
Up to quarter size hail and an isolated damaging wind gust up to 60 miles per hour are possible Wednesday afternoon and evening.
Much of southwest Missouri is under a “marginal” risk for severe storms that day, with a “slight” risk and better chances for bad weather in the northern Ozarks.
In additional to hail and high winds, forecasters say you can expect lightning and heavy downpours with some of the storms.
