Webb City Police say that a man has been arrested for Child molestation in the third degree.
Nicholas Popejoy was arrested after a report of sexual misconduct at the address of the Junior High School on Friday. Police immediately cooperated with Webb City School District in order to equip them with the resources to protect students.
Prosecutors issued charges of Statutory Sodomy 1st Degree.
