The Kitchen Incorporated, a non-profit group that says it aims to end homelessness, is asking for public help after one of its centers in Springfield for receiving donations was set on fire.
Police reports show the fire was arson.
It happened at The Kitchen’s Receiving and Distribution Center on Saturday, November 2nd, at 10:00 p.m.
The fire was contained, but the building and any donations inside were damaged. The items damaged ranged from furniture to kitchen appliances.
