Two people were arrested after a police pursuit in Springfield this morning.
The Greene County Sheriff’s office says deputies located a Lincoln Navigator that was reported stolen near West Bypass and State HWY FF. After deputies made and attempt to stop the driver, the vehicle fled.
Greene County deputies, along with the Springfield Police Department and Missouri State Highway Patrol pursued the vehicle, who led officers on a chase through central Springfield and other residential areas.
The agencies used stop sticks to finally bring the driver to a stop near Wilden and Cherry.
Two people were arrested. There were no reported injuries related to the chase at this time.
