Charges have been filed against Andrew Lynch for 8 counts including three counts for 2nd degree murder. Lynch is accused of driving the white pickup truck that killed three Saturday Evening.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol has identified the three people killed in a crash at the intersection of Glenstone and Kearney in Springfield Saturday evening.
Troopers say the three are 41 year-old Jamin Seabert, 39 year-old Kimberly Seabert, both from Reeds Spring, and 19 year-old Braeden Seabert from Watseka, Illinois.
The victims were in a car that was hit by a pickup being tracked by several law enforcement agencies by ground and by air.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Office responded to the initial call about someone driving recklessly. Two other vehicles were also involved in the crash.
The driver was taken into custody.
No formal charges have been filed yet.
