A Seymour man who is being prosecuted for child molestation and statutory sodomy is facing a lawsuit from another victim.

Robert Kastning was a foster parent for years and his wife, Debra, was a teacher at Seymour schools.

Both Kastning and his wife are named as defendants in the suit, Kastning for assaulting the victim when she was 14, and his wife for failing to prevent the situation. The victim is now 24.
