MSHP: Two Men Die In Crash Near Shell Knob

Two men have died in a crash on Highway 39 north of Shell Knob.

The Highway Patrol says Everette Kritz, 27 from Cassville, was driving on Highway 39 when his car went off the side of the road and flipped, then hit several trees.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday. Kritz was pronounced dead at the scene.

A passenger, Jacob Morrell, 21 from Springdale, Washington, was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield where he died shortly after.
