People living in Springfield, who are on city sewer service, will be seeing a planned increase rate.
The average rate that customers use is six CCF and the average bill for the month is about $32.
Customers will now be getting a bill around $34 .
The 2019 increase is the third series of increases approved by city council in 2016.
Those changes are expected to be seen on August bills.
