A 16-year old was killed Thursday night in St. Claire after he pulled into oncoming traffic and hit another car.

Cody Singleton was pronounced dead at the scene and his passenger’s were rushed to nearby hospitals with moderate to serious injuries.

No one in the other car was hurt.
