The winners of the 2018 United Way of the Ozarks Pillar Awards have been announced.
These awards recognize an individual, company, organization or agency representing the highest benchmarks in creating and sustaining a United Way culture of giving, caring and community engagement.
Award winners for 2018:
-John Deere, Corporate Humanitarian of the Year
-NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), Outstanding Service to the Community
-Chief Paul Williams, Springfield Police, Outstanding Volunteer of the Year (unable to attend)
-Bill Kristek, community volunteer, Outstanding Volunteer of the Year
