A man who threatened to blow up the VA Clinic in Mt. Vernon last summer has pleaded guilty.
Federal prosecutors say Richard Leslie Turner,III, got angry when he was told that an appointment had been changed.
Another patient heard him talking about getting explosives to blow up the clinic while he was in the parking lot.
He could get up to ten-years in prison when he’s sentenced.
