MoDOT District Maintenance Engineer Darin Hamelink says even though the roads are clear, there still could be ice on the side and in the turning lanes.

Crews will be out all day making sure lower volume roads and intersections are treated.

Hamelink says the foretasted sunshine today will help melt the ice. He is urging drivers to take it slow and watch out for slick spots.
