A man from New Mexico, who was the driver of a tractor-trailer truck that killed a man last year on I-44 near Strafford, has accepted a plea deal.
Greene County prosecutors say Narinder Singh changed his plea to guilty on Wednesday.
The highway patrol says Singh struck and sideswiped another tractor-trailer and then went back on the highway and landed on a pickup truck that killed David Lambeth.
Sentencing will be in March.
