I thought I could cook, but I guess I can't. For the first time ever, I tried to make Cedar Plant Salmon on the grill. I followed directions to a T. I have questions. Many. id I fail because I stink at cooking? Did I fail because it was a bad recipe or did I fail because the fish was yucky or maybe the grill was too hot? Don't try this at home!
Hell's Kitchen has my number!
Notice the charred plank. It probably tasted better than the fish at this point.
