What Caused A Fire That Killed Four Brothers At Lake Ozark

A report from the state fire marshal's office shows a cigarette or errant spark likely caused a fire in Lake Ozark back in April that killed four brothers.

Levi, Max, Cason and Tyler Otto, who ranged in age from four to 14 years old, were home alone and firefighters couldn't get to them because the fire was too involved and parts of the house had collapsed.

The report shows the boys' mother and her boyfriend invited several friends over for a cookout.

KRCG-TV reports the two used a barbecue grill and lit a fire pit to keep warm.
