As temperatures climbed well into the 80s today, a cold front will arrive Friday evening bringing the possibility of severe weather.
The National Weather Service says with a good amount of instability in the atmosphere some of the risks with these storms are going to be large hail, damaging winds and possible isolated tornadoes, especially those along and west of the Highway 65 corridor.
Once these storms fizzle off to the east on Friday night forecasters say colder weather will make its way back into the Ozarks.
There is a possibility we could see more freeze warnings Saturday and Sunday.
