Firefighters were called to a fire in a vacant grain elevator near National and Chestnut in Springfield.
Crews with the Springfield Fire Department say someone set a trash fire in two 50-gallon barrels.
Smoke reached the third floor, and flames could be seen on the first floor of the building most well-known for its large mural painted on the north side.
Luckily, crews say there wasn’t significant damage.
The cause is still being investigated. No injuries were reported.
