SPRINGFIELD, Missouri (KTTS) - If you happen to unwrap a new Keurig or other shiny coffee maker this holiday season a local charity is asking you to think twice before you chuck your old machine in the junk pile.
The Kitchen posted on social media Thursday afternoon that it is completely out of coffee makers to provide to families trying to find housing or a fresh start.
In the post the organization says donated items can be dropped off Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at its Receiving Center located at 420 E. Blaine.
Have you asked Santa for a new Keurig or Nespresso machine? If so, would you consider donating your current coffee maker? We're completely out! Donated items can be dropped off Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at our Receiving Center located at 420 E. Blaine. Thank you!! pic.twitter.com/JHcSXG4PeE— The Kitchen, Inc.
