The Stone County Sheriff’s Department says they’ve caught the man who injured the county sheriff and two officers after an attempted arrest.
Jordan Connelly, 25, from Crane, MO has been charged with assault and resisting arrest after being on the run for almost a week.
He was being questioned for a recent burglary investigation. Investigators say they found drugs at an apartment where he had been. During an arrest, he ran and injured the officers in the process.
Connelly is now sitting in the Stone County jail on a $250,000 bond.
The officers suffered moderate injuries.
