One Hurt After Crash With Crane School Bus

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating a head-on crash in Stone County involving a high school student and Crane school bus.

The crash happened around 4 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

The driver of the car was airlifted to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.

There were eight students on the bus, along with the driver.

They were not seriously hurt.

A corporal with the patrol says it appears the student from Crane High School was traveling too fast, lost control, and drove into the path of the bus.
