At least one person in Missouri has become sick after eating bad romaine lettuce.
The CDC says the E. coli outbreak now affects people in 16 states – including Missouri.
There have been no deaths reported, but 53 people have become sick.
Health officials are warning people to avoid eating all romaine lettuce from the Yuma, Arizona, area.
