Free| The Stotts City Music Festival will have live music by The Marshall Miller Band, Josh Baloo and Mt. Vernon’s own Stereo_Bones. Booths open at noon and close at 5 or 6 depending on participation. Proceeds will go toward cleanup and restoration of the beloved small town.
