In all relationships, things like healthy communication, boundaries, and safety are necessary. Show Me Healthy Relationships is an education-based program, giving participants essential tools needed to develop safe and healthy relationships.

The course runs for 8 weeks via zoom. Our facilitators take you through guided discussions and learning materials focused on healthy relationship skills in all areas of life including romantic, family and in the community.

The class is completely free and open to anyone in the state of Missouri, 18 or older and not in a committed relationship.

We have classes starting monthly with $45 gift card at completion.
