Here are the unofficial results for the August 6 Missouri Primary Election.

The unofficial voter turnout for Greene County was 21.82%.

Gubernatorial Race

Missouri Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe emerged as the Republican winner of the gubernatorial race with 39.4% of votes.

Springfield’s Crystal Quade won the Democratic primary for governor.

Lt. Governor Race

Dave Wasinger is the projected winner for the Missouri Lt. Governor race. Wasginer beat out Lincoln Hough by 7,500 votes. Wasinger will run against Democrat Richard Brown and Libertarian Ken Iverson.

Attorney General

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey will face Democratic challenger Elad Gross and Libertarian challenger Ryan Munro.

Missouri State Treasurer

Incumbent Vivek Malek is the Republican winner for Missouri State Treasurer. He took 41.5% of the votes. Malek will go against Democrat Mark Osmack and Libertarian John Hartwig Jr.

Missouri Secretary of State

Sen. Denny Hoskins is the projected Republican winner for the Missouri Secretary of State race. Hoskins will face Libertarian Carl Herman Freese and Democrat Barbara Phifer.

District 129: John F. Black (R) and Louise Hansen (D)

District 130: Bishop Davidson (R) and Leslie Jones (D)

District 131: Bill Owen (R) and Ashley Cossins (D)

District 132: Stephanos Freeman (R) and Jeremy Dean (D)

District 133: Melanie Stinnettt (R) and Derrick Nowlin (D)

District 134: Alex Riley (R)

District 135: Betsy Fogle (D) and Michael Hasty (R)

District 136: Stephanie Hein (D) and Jim Robinette (R)

District 137: Darin Chappell (R) and Bryce Lockwood (D)

District 138: Burt Whaley (R)

District 139: Bob Titus (R) and Mark Gray (D)

District 140: Jamie Ray Gragg (R) and Julia Curran (D)

Missouri Senate

The District 29 Senate seat was won by Mike Moon. Moon will face Democratic candidate Ron Monnig.

Other Races 

Senator Josh Hawley was the incumbent and ran unopposed in the Republican primary. He will face Democrat Lucas Kunce, Libertarian W. C. Young, and Independent Jared Young in November.

Incumbent Eric Burlison (R) defended his seat. He won the Republican U.S. House 7th District with 83% of the votes. Burlison will face Missi Hesketh (D) and Libertarian Kevin Craig in November.

Republican Congressman Mark Alford ran unopposed in the U.S. House 4th District race. Alford will face Jeanette Cass (D) and Libertarian Thomas Holbrook in November.

Greene County Sheriff Jim Arnott beat out Ben McMains.
