- 1st Place for Best Opinion/Commentary — Nick Reed/Sarah Myers, NewsTalk 104.1: Attorney Dee Wampler on grief
- 1st Place for Best Podcast — Katie Koslova, Power 96.5: The American Dream
- Certificate of Merit for Best Podcast — Nancy Simpson, KTTS: The Toll: My Mom Married a Murderer
- Certificate of Merit for Breaking News — Jason Rima, KTTS News: Officer-involved shooting in south Springfield
Radio and TV stations submit the best examples of their work every year for a chance to win MBA awards.
The awards are judged by peers in different states.
The winners were announced Saturday night at Lake of the Ozarks.
