Springfield Police say two men are under arrest after assaulting an officer early Sunday morning.
Police say an argument broke out between two groups near Patton and Walnut at 1:30 Sunday morning.
When trying to break up the argument an officer was assaulted and two men in their 20s were arrested.
KY3 says the officer was not hurt.
