Detectives are looking for a person of interest after a shooting in Springfield Monday night.
Officers responded to the Motel 6 on North Glenstone around 10:30 p.m. and say a shot came from one room across the parking lot.
Police searched the room but found no one.
The victim was injured and is in the hospital, but the injuries are reportedly not serious.
