(KTTS News) — We’re going to break some records this afternoon across the Ozarks.
Springfield’s record high temperature is 80 degrees set in 2006.
Joplin’s record hit is 83 degrees set in 2006.
The National Weather Service says we should at least tie the record in Springfield and break the old record in Rolla/Vichy.
It will be cooler tomorrow with highs in the upper 50s and a slight chance for rain.
