(KTTS News) — A 70-year-old man from Barry County is charged with child sex crimes.
The Highway Patrol says Maynard Lipscomb from Washburn is charged with sexually assaulting a girl last summer.
The girl reported the crimes last month to Michigan State Police.
Lipscomb is in the Barry County Jail.
