(KTTS News) — Charges have been filed against a man from Dallas County who admitted firing shots at a car on Highway 64.
Vincent Williams, Junior, is facing charges for firing at a moving vehicle.
It comes after the victim told authorities that someone in a black SUV followed him from a convenience store and fired a shot behind him, then pulled alongside him and fired again, hitting the driver’s side door.
No one was hurt.
