(KTTS News) — The owner of a local towing company has been arrested in Greene County.
Dennis Cleveland owns Affordable Towing.
He pleaded guilty in federal court this year to one count of conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act.
He admitted tampering with the emissions on his company tow trucks to save money on fuel and spend less on maintenance.
Cleveland was arrested after authorities discovered he was still using those trucks even after he pleaded guilty.
