(KTTS News) — Springfield Police are looking for a second man wanted for the shooting death of a teenager last month.
Xavier Moore from Sedalia is wanted for first-degree murder for shooting 18-year-old Lavelle Rose, III, from East St. Louis.
Police say Moore shot Rose and a woman last month inside a vehicle at Forest and Calhoun.
The woman survived.
A second man, 21-year-old Justin Bartels from St. Louis, is behind bars.
In a jailhouse phone call, he admitted being the getaway driver, but said Moore did the shooting.
