(KTTS News) — The owner of the Hotel of Terror has enough petition signatures to force the city to take a second look at using eminent domain to take his property.
City council now has 30 days to decide whether to repeal the ordinance.
If it doesn’t, it must call a special election.
It would then be up to voters to decide whether to keep or repeal the ordinance that was used by the city to take the property.
