(KTTS News) — A man from Lebanon was shot to death outside his home Sunday.
The Laclede County Sheriff says deputies found Ryan Holloway, 25, on the ground in the 23000-block of Park Drive.
The Highway Patrol arrested a second man from Lebanon at a different location a few minutes later.
The case is being investigated as a homicide.
