(KTTS News) — The Missouri Attorney General has charged Glenn Jessen, 53, with defrauding 24 people in connection with his businesses, Midwest Roofing Commercial and Residential, Inc., and Overland Roof Exchange.
The Attorney General says Jessen took the money up front to replace the roofs, gutters, and siding on several homes – but never did the work.
Jessen is charged with taking more than $148,000.
15 of his victims were elderly.
