(KTTS News) — It’ll be windy and warm today, with wind gusts at times between 25 and 45 miles per hour.

There’s a Wind Advisory in effect until 1 p.m. for most of the Ozarks.

Expect non-thunderstorm wind gusts of 25 to 45 mph as a strong system lifts through the area today. A Wind Advisory is in effect for portions of the region through 1pm. Travel may become difficult for high profile vehicles. pic.twitter.com/iy3kzIC1TK

The National Weather Service says storms won’t be a problem for most of us.

But there is a marginal risk for some storms east a line from West Plains to St. Louis.
