(KTTS News) — The St. Clair County prosecutor has charged a fire chief with statutory rape and statutory sodomy.
Travis Foley, 37, from Osceola has been the fire chief for the Sac-Osage Fire Protection District for almost ten years.
KY3 says he’s charged with having sexual contact with a child under the age of 14.
