(KTTS News) — A man is facing murder charges after his girlfriend was found dead at a home in Beulah, Missouri.
The Phelps County Sheriff says 40-year-old Vanessa Bradfield was found early Monday morning.
Michael Billingsley, 37, was charged with involuntary manslaughter after a search by sheriff’s deputies, the Highway Patrol, Department of Conservation, and the FBI.
The charges are expected to be upgraded to murder, domestic assault, and abandoning a corpse.
Billingsley’s father, 66-year-old Douglas Billingsley from Iowa, is also charged with tampering with evidence.
