Polk County authorities say a 42-year-old man is charged with killing his father.
Timothy Jacob Stokes was charged after deputies found the man’s father at his home in Humansville over the weekend.
Investigators say Timothy Dewayne Stokes died from head trauma.
KY3 says his son did not cooperate with deputies.
