Two people face charges after the results of a poaching investigation led by the Missouri Department of Conservation.
KY3 says the MDC recently concluded a case regarding a white tail buck captured out of season.
During that investigation, agents found two stolen tree stands as well as property damage to a fence.
The suspects face charges of stealing, property damage, and taking deer in closed season.
One man had outstanding warrants.
Identities of the suspects are not being released at this time.
Conservation officials did not specify exactly where the case took place.
