After announcing one Whataburger restaurant in Republic and submitting a building permit in Ozark, the Texas chain is considering two Springfield locations.
The City of Springfield is aware of two locations that are under consideration: 3880 West Sunshine, and 2337 Glenstone Avenue.
Ky3 News reports there are no building permits currently approved in the Springfield area.
