A second person has been charged in a shooting incident at a Lake Ozark restaurant.
The Miller County prosecutor says Daniel Kurtzeborn from Iberia is facing a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Kurtzeborn was originally interviewed on scene by police and told officers he did not have a firearm.
Video surveillance obtained by State Troopers show otherwise.
The shooting at the Lake Ozark restaurant left one person dead, and four others injured.
