ST. LOUIS (AP) — St. Louis police are investigating an early-morning shooting that killed a woman and injured a man.
Police were called shortly after 1:30 a.m. Thursday to a report of a shooting and found a woman with several gunshot wounds.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 39-year-old man had been shot several times in the legs.
He is hospitalized in serious but stable condition.
Names of the victims were not released.
No arrests have been made.
