Missouri State University is beginning vaccinations today after receiving a shipment of Pfizer vaccines.
The university received 150 doses on Monday and expects another 975 on Wednesday.
The university has plans to vaccinate students and staff over the age of 65, or who have health conditions that could increase their risk of harm if they catch COVID-19.
They hope that by vaccinating some, they might be able to reduce the spread.
