The CDC places Missouri among the top 20 states for vaccine distribution since the FDA approved both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine.
Missouri has administered 140,000 COVID-19 vaccines to frontline workers and to nursing home residents in the first week of January. This is on top of 60,000 who received the vaccine before the New Year. More than 400,000 vaccines have been given to the state.
Governor Parson says Phase 1A of vaccine distribution has a target of around 450,000 Missouri Residents. The Governor says we are getting closer to vaccinating Phase 1B groups.
