Time is running out to get Christmas help from the Salvation Army.

This is the last week to sign up for this year’s toy and food distribution.

These are the last few days to sign up for the Christmas 2020 Toys and Food
Distribution Program.

This is the final week we are inviting families with children aged 16 yrs. and younger, the disabled and senior citizens to sign up for our Gifts of the Season Program.

This year we will be offering toys and food as well as the Blessings of Hope, Love, Joy and Peace.

This Friday morning and afternoon will be the last day to sign up.

We encourage everyone to help us to get the word out so that those in need will have the
opportunity to sign up.

The following items need to be brought with you when you apply:
1. Valid Photo ID for person applying.
2. Social Security Cards for all household members.
3. Proof of address with applicant’s name; Monthly bill, (utility, phone, bank) dated:
September, October or November or a Copy of your current lease or Section 8
paperwork.
4. If you are disabled, you must bring your award letter for verification.

The Salvation Army will be assisting:
• Families with children age 16 and under
• Households with seniors age 60 and up
• Households with disabled individuals

Serving those who reside in Christian and Greene Counties.

WHERE: 1707 W. Chestnut Expressway

Sign-up times are as follows:
Dates Remaining: November 17 – November 20, Times: 9:00am—12:00pm AND 1:00-3:00pm.

Distribution for families will take place Thursday, December 17th 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Distribution for seniors and disabled individuals will take place on Wednesday, December 16th, 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.

Appointment times are given at sign-up.

Assistance is available to Greene & Christian County residents.

The Salvation Army does participate in the local clearing house to prevent duplication.

Families or individuals who duplicate services will unfortunately be disqualified from receiving services.
