The family of Matt Canovi has filed a lawsuit against Affordable Towing and a tow truck driver after Canovi’s death earlier this year.
In May, Canovi was getting a tow when the driver backed up and ran over Canovi, who died from his injuries.
Canovi hosted The Gun Show on Springfield’s Talk 104.1 KSGF and was a safety expert.
He was 63.
The family is suing for compensation of various expenses and future income that has been lost.
